Switched from t-mobile to verizon two days ago. My old phone on t-mobile was a 12 pro that broke so I got a new iPhone 15 pro max and asurion "expert" came to deliver and set up the phone and set it up without transferring my old phone's icloud backup even though I had told him to. After that I had to factory reset the phone to install my cloud backup from old phone. i believe I lost the few texts I had with verizon in this time. Since then I have not been able to receive any sort of verification codes on my phone and calling or online chat with verizon support and the options such as airplane mode, network reset, etc. have all done nothing, and when I mention short code texts to the support its like they don't even know what I'm talking about. Its some of the worst customer service I've received in my life.
