I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max bought in Finland. The phone was subscribed to from Verizon, which was owned by my sister, she lives in the USA. When I arrived in Finland in the spring of 2024, I informed my sister that she would inform Verizon that the subscription could be canceled because I no longer needed it. My sister notified Verizon that the plan was being discontinued, she accidentally reported that the phone had been lost. The phone is neither lost nor stolen. My sister has been to the Bounton Beach FL store three times to report the situation. He has been told that the phone has now been removed from the blacklist, but it still appears on the blacklist.
