Receiving Picture Messages

Since I have updated my phone.(Saturday)..I am no longer able to upload pictures that friends have texted me.  I select download and it says the message delivery has failed.

 

i have also *228 reactived my phone...didnt work.

 

Please help.

If you are using something other than the stock messaging app, try re-installing the app.

Other than that, I don't know.
