I’ve been with Verizon since it was Quest and have always liked it and the customer service. I’ve never used a “store” to trade phones just used to update phone when eligible. The 800 $ trade in promotion got me and I traded in a good phone and really got about 340$. I cannot wait to get this paid off and get rid of this iPhone 14. My iPhone 11x took much better photos. So, my bill went up, phone not as good, didn’t get 800$ off and really just have to chat and waste time when needing questions answered. Never again. So much for loyalty.
