Can call in and out. Can text out,can't receive texts
Hello. We are here to help with calling issues. To better assist, tell us a little more. When did it start? What model is your device and is the software up to date? Are you using Regular or Wi-Fi Calling?

The OP is saying they're having a texting issue, not a calling one. I don't have an answer either, but if this is a Verizon phone, try the troubleshooting for the phone model which one can get to by logging into My Verizon?
