I was given a box of old phones which included an LG Lucid VS840. I was looking to put a SIM in it and show the kids how far phones have come and maybe mess around with it. I have T-Mobile though and I receive the "SIM Card not recognized" message. I would have thought a 12+ year old phone would not still be network locked but here we are. Is there any way to get this old thing unlocked without a big hassle/time sink?
