Suddenly unable to use an app on my pc with verixon fios

Hi,

I have been playing this game on my pc thru verizon fios internet for years, all of a sudden today I cannot use the app

I have changed nothing, hardware or software wise

I have attempted uninstall and reinstall of game with no luck

I have tried hard restart on modem, no help

I have checked all the settings I can think of and nothing is different from yesterday

I have connected to another internet and the app works fine

It displays an Error 107 , which I tried locating information on and nothing that was suggested has fixed it

Any Info would be greatly appreciated
