Google calendar online not syncing with Droid

I have set up my Google calendar online to sync with my Outlook calendar on my home computer which works fine. However, events that I enter via my computer into my Google calendar never show up on my Droid. The only way they show up is if I manually enter them into my phone. Am I doing something wrong? I hate having to enter everything twice.

Accounts & Sync

select your gmail account

Sync Calendar
