I want to cancel one of two lines on my plan. Mine is primary number which I am keeping. What do I do with other phone? There's still a balance owed on it.

To clarify, if a line has an active device payment plan, the total unpaid balance will be billed in full upon disconnecting the line. To best assist, we'll be sending a Private Message.
