I tried to take my trade in to a Verizon store but they said that I had to mail it in since I placed an online order. The associate emailed me a return label which I used to send the phone in via UPS. The tracking number shows the phone was delivered yesterday, 9/9/24. However, the trade-in status on my account still shows initiated not shipped or received. I am getting texts from Verizon threatening to rescind my trade-in credit but they have my phone.
