I signed up for Fios back in March. As part of the deal I Disney+ for six months for free and a $200 gift card to Target. The Disney+ redemption worked, but I never got the Target gift card. Every time I try to call, I either get kicked off the line or redirected to chat which never answers my question. It just shows me how to check the balance of the gift card.
My account says I redeemed the card on June 9th, but I’ve never received it. Can I get the gift card or a credit on the account?
