Calling Restriction announcement 19

• About a month ago I had several people tell me they can't get a hold of me they keep getting Verizon call restriction 19 and I just thought maybe there was a glitch or something because I do get phone calls from all kinds of people . My problem is I run my business from my cell phone I have several land line numbers that forward to my phone and I noticed business slowing down quite a bit when right now my phone rings off the hook because of the weather I own a heating and air business . So today I used my girl friends phone who's been calling me on messenger because she can't call my cell number now I'm wondering how much business I really lost. So I got on the forum and found a discussion on call restriction 19 what made me mad is Verizon customer service rep got on the discussion and said to the last lady that left the message that he can help and that he left her a private message to get a hold of him and there was another guy that spent 9 hrs trying to to figure it out and said he had to have Verizon change his number then change it back solution #1 well why didn't the Verizon customer service guy put solution #2 on there why is he sending a private message is there something that's secret about a solution please let me know because I'm losing business and I'm not cool with that . Shoot my attorney can't even call me back!!!!!
