Kia Sorento with Droid 2

Just bought a 2011 Kia Sorento..... without navigation.

 

My Droid seems to pair just fine with the car, but my wife's Droid 2 only wants to do it intermittently and it doesn't work well when it does.....  can't hear person on the other end and music doesn't stream.

 

Any suggestions?
