About a month ago I spoke to a Verizon representative on the phone to take my phone number off of my old family plan and make my own account to buy my own phone with my own phone bill. I recently discovered that I cannot access payment options for the phone bill because the owner of the old account is listed as the owner of the current account. How do I make myself the owner of this account?
