Casio Ravine - No missed cal or voicemail indicators

When I have a missed call, I hardly ever get an icon, nor do I get one for voicemail. I just happened

to call voicemail by hand, and to my dismay there were 9 voicemails - I never got any indication, even though

I have the phone set to remind every 2 minutes.

Any one else have this happening?

Hi profgumby,

I definitely understand your concern. Currently, we do not have any issues reported. I would suggest calling your voicemail, access your personal options, then turn your message waiting indicator off and then back on. Hopefully these steps resolve your issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Been there, done that. Also spent 45 minutes on the phone to Verizon tech support. No fix.

I discovered quite by accident that my indicator settings for "missed call" were turned off @ Verizon. You would've

thought that would be the 1st thing the tech support guy would've checked, but he didn't. Turned it back on myself - how it

got turned off in the 1st place I don't know.

Now missed call icons are working, but still no voicemail icon, ring every 2 minutes, or vibrate. Very frustrating as I am now

calling voicemail 2X a day to be sure no one has left a message.

Maybe deleting then restoring my voicemail configuration would help reset the cell?
