How to claim $200 verizon card

I received an offer while shopping on their website "check out now and receive a 200 gift card on us!" NOPE nobody seems to know where the offer is or where it came from, but it shows on my receipt that I must redeem it by october 18, 2024. I am really starting to regret signing a contract with these people.

I'm in the same boat. I called customer service rep and the claimed that it was sent by email and hour later they silently said that it will be sent out in 8 weeks. I said in 8 weeks I would pass my deadline to redeem coupon. Talked to supervisor and got no where. Point one, customer rep claimed that coupon was sent to me. Point 2, supervisor could not summarized gift card process to me or point to written process & rules. The way I see it Verizon purposely make this so hard that customers would give up.. I hope the matter is resolved for you. My deadline is December 17. Totally unacceptable.
