AppleTV not working

I chose Apple One as my perk. I just lost an almost 2hour chat trying to get this to work. I can listen to the music, just not the TV. I am a windows and android user, told it would work fine. Still not working 2 hours later and I am frustrated. Even spoke with Apple. Anyone know what the issue is
