Coverage & Dropped Calls in Nashville

In Nashville - 37215. Calls drop as you turn onto our street. Only a couple of places in our home where we can make a call on our devices. Long time customer. I don’t want to change carriers but I know others have better coverage in Nashville. It’s not like we live in a rural area. Any one else having a similar issue?

This has been an ongoing issue which I have reported multiple times. I have been told that it is going to get better numerous times. I think this is a known issue but what action is being taken to improve coverage? This is the middle of Nashville.

Must be one of those "Rome wasn't built in a day" situations. There have definitely been tower upgrades over this year, but when older technology gets replaced with newer 5G cells, the downside of 5G is that it just doesn't go anywhere as far as older LTE technology did, and it's easier for 5G radio waves to get absorbed by something. Verizon probably does know about the problem if it's in the middle of a big city, but getting more towers installed takes time and money...

Short of installing some kind of signal booster, network extender, or using WiFi while at home, about the only other thing you can do to get better service at home would be to use another provider.

The issue has been going on for a couple of years but in the last few months it seems even worse. There is always construction in the general area but nothing out of the ordinary and nothing near our home.
