Decided to review my phone bill for the first time in sometime and realized I've been paying $18 a month for the last three years. On phone insurance that I've never used. I also found out there's like 120 or $200 deductible if you did have an issue with your phone, so no rebate for not having any issues and a high deductible that's a joke. I feel ripped off by Verizon.
So in 3 years I've paid $648 and never once needed to use. No discount for using a case, and if it broke there is a high deductible, and you get a used phone.
Also why is it $18 a month that doesn't make any sense, car insurance for a $100k car is $120 a month, and if it's totaled they get you a new one.
Verizon should be better than this.
