about pic flix

I received a message saying "you've got a FLIX message! To see it - visit vzwpix.com from an internet accessible computer & follow the directions."

Okay - now I've gone to vzwpix.com - and NOTHING!! I can't figure out where to go to view this!! it's just a page from verizon wireless - and there are NO directions on how to view that I can find - this site if VERY UNFRIENDLY - can anyone here help me out at all????

I apologize for the confusion. Once you navigate to VZW PIX , select Sign In located in the top right corner, enter your log in information or select register. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

This instruction about signing in to get your PIX FLIX is pure bullshit!!!! It does not answer the question of how to access the data. I am as angry as the first person who complained.

Verizon dude replies to a request for the method, and the official verizon reply is for us stupid paying customers to log in and let you know if we need further assistance. Fucking nonsense!!!! Of couse, we need further assistance, and YOU DID NOT PROVIDE IT!!!!!

I will give you full personal contact information, if i could talk to a real human to resolve this issue.

And don't you dare say that you have resolved this question, simply by telling us to log in and ask for more instructions. We initiation this discussion by asking for specific instructions on how to retrieve our PIX-FLIX messages. DUH!!!!!!

I think the confusion lies in the fact that you (pjinterrogator) and the VZW employee who answered the question, are talking about two different logins to two different places.

The employee was instructing the OP to log in to their My Verizon account from the vzwpix.com site - this will allow you to see any pix/flix sent to your phone number, and you can only see those by logging in with your phone number.

The forum/community login is not the same login as your account log in.
