Very frustrating and again, a big time waste. I am trying to login to my account to pay my bill, except after I login it says I need to link my account to pay my bill. Okay. Go to link account and it either says I'm not recognized or already logged in.
Try to use the chat help, it says the same thing. Asks me to login when I already am, then I go to do it again and get an error. Impossible to use. What a disaster.
Oh, and Verizon, you owe me $100. Are you really going to make me ask?
