Help. I am looking for a direct phone number to the Customer Retention Department as I am planning to take my 2-line plan with Verizon that I’ve had with this company for over 20 years elsewhere. Once again, I’ve received notice for a price increase for a 2-line plan putting it over $140 each month. Ridiculous. I’ll talk to a human in Retention in the U.S. if that’s even possible or if they’re too big to care.
