Fios 5G promo for Ray Ban Meta Glasses

I signed up for FIOS 5G home internet service and after 65 days received email about ordering the Ray Ban Meta Glasses. I completed the order info on 9/20/24 and have not received the glasses or any communication about this order. When I go to Verizon Home page it doesn’t show I ever had this offer. How do I get the glasses offered when I signed up for Fios 5G home?

Meta glasses have been on Hold and reason was can not deliver to PO Box, but it is my home address. Send the glasses with the tracking number if the partnership had them at all! Been going back and forth with Verizon support and Meta support with neither giving or having a solution before 10/30/2025 when offer expires. Verizon ensured my address and that I was a customer before sending the Promo code. Verizon support says contact Meta with no phone number to contact them. Only able to contact with chat after case was elevated, but no reply of yet or tracking number. Starting to feel a bait and switching that the offer was just to get the sale on the Home Internet when the glasses are not readily available with Promo code from Verizon. Is anyone having this issue also?
