Cellular and data not working cannot contact Verizon also used some stores WiFi to log into Verizon app and tried to report the problem and it tried troubleshooting and when I replied I have done all that it kicked me out back to step one of trouble shooting. Basically no one is chatting from Verizon side it’s all just automated system that tries to chat. Just wait for AI to take over and forget ever trying to resolve your problems. Did not expect this from Verizon really horrible. Traveling so have no access to other phones to call and yell at them out. There is no excuse acceptable for the outage it is their job to anticipate all the problems and have redundant systems in place that’s what we pay for but instead they just take your money and line their pockets as profits and not invest in redundancies.
