Have not received a Verizon gift card from opening a new line

I opened a new line online and during checking out, I was prompted that a Verizon E-Gift card of $200 will be sent my way upon receiving my order. It’s been a few days since I started using my phone and i’m still not receiving it yet. Could I confirm if I’m missing anything? I have checked my emails and the app in case I’ve missed anything.

If you haven’t thrown the box away you might want to double check in there. When mine came it was all the way at the bottom under all paperwork and even tucked in folds at the bottom.

I have had the same problem. Switched service providers and opened 4 lines all eligible for the promotions. I haven’t received an email and it’s difficult to talk with a live person.

I also have not received mine and I signed up on 10-8-2024. I was supposed to receive it within 90 days of service. I have checked the my offers section on my verizon account multiple times and have not seen the gift card. I have called multiple Verizon numbers and chatted w the online rep with absolutely no help at all.

I’m have the same issue I just opened new mobile service with 2 new phones and was shown on my checkout and receipt that I’m getting a $200 gift card and I’ve been checking my Verizon where it says to and nothing no emails nothing

I have been waiting for my promotional credits ever since I switched to Verizon back in December. I have talked with customer service on 4 or 5 occasions within the past 2 weeks now. One rep told me an escalation form was filed, the next rep told me the credit was applied to my account as an “inconvenience credit”, then another rep told me she CAN ASSURE me that the credits would be available on April 7th.

I have now been on the phone with customer service, the rebate team, and now back to customer service for nearly 2 hours and this last rep has seemed to just have placed me on mute and waiting for me to hang up.

I was offered this same promo and i never recieved an email to fill out the rebate. I have recieved this vefore in the past and it was always an email that came in at the same time as my shipping emails. I also noticed that the verizon site is not reflecting that I have recieved my packages as it still says its shipping and I have had it for a week now and is being used on the verizon towers.

Purchased 2 new lines on 12/4/2024 and was offered the $200 gift card rebate. No emails since with a link to the rebate. No rebate available on my account online. No rebate found in the search. Seems absolutely hopeless that this will ever be received as promised.

I have also never received the promo gift card for 2 of my phones, I reached out over and over to customer service with no results. Now my account is suspended and I am tired of the run around. I don’t want to answer the same questions over and over again! It’s a waste of my time! Where is my gift cards? $400 in total??
