Starting to get very upset here.
After finally working with support on the forums to get my rebate offer activate to my account. I woke up to an email that stated you were unable to process my rebate because my line was disconnected. However my line has NEVER been disconnected. Now I am unsure on how to resubmit because this process was confusing the first time. Why is Verizon so difficult? This is the most difficult rebate I've had to go through and I am coming from the pink phone company.
