I ordered two iPhone 16's September 21st in store. The first phone, a white iPhone 16 pro 512gb, was supposed to be delivered to a separate address from the second phone, a black iPhone 16 pro max. I watched the store employee order both phones to their respective addresses yet the Verizon app shows that both phones are delivering to the same address at the same time.
I would assume that it might be an app issue but does anyone else have this problem? I would prefer not to cancel my order and put in another two seperate orders just for it to tell me the same thing again.
In any case, if both phones do end up being delivered to the same address, would I be able to take one of them to a Verizon store and have them deliver it to the correct address for me?
