Need unlock my device verizon please.
Hello Gonzalez2024. We understand the importance of having an unlocked device. Where did you purchase your device? Devices that you purchase from Verizon are locked for 60 days after purchase. Devices that you purchase from our retail partners are locked for 60 days after activation. After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock. Following the 60-day lock period, we do not lock our phones at any time.

Why is my ph still locked after 90 days then??? What do you do when Verizon has told you multiple times they will unlock (your fully paid iPhone 13 ProMax) - “2 days”, then “60days”, then denied unlocking it, you received email confirmation the issue was resolved but still isn’t, and you’ve been a customer 16 years on top of ALWAYS buying your phones outright before activating? I’m being held HOSTAGE!! Dealing with this 4 days now…
