Hi, we have a server with a DNS hostname, and it looks like we are getting several errors as our customers can't resolve our hostnames sometimes when on their Verizon Cellure accounts. Who is the best resource to reach out to?

I'm sorry some of your customers are encountering that. If your customers who are encountering that are Verizon customers, they should reach out to us so that can be investigated.
