How do I retrieve my $200 Verizon Gift Card?

I am a new Verizon customer as of 9/14/24. I purchased a new phone and a new line. I was given a promotional discount on my receipt for a $200 gift card.

When I go to the link, it tells me I do not have any new notifications. I have also been told I will receive an email. However, I haven't received one, nor is it in my junk mail folder.

Can someone provide any insight?

I am having the same issue and already spoke with someone stating i should be receiving and email. And it's been 2 weeks now since I spoke with someone and nothing still.

They reached out to me privately and I was able to get the code and get it resolved.

I just added a line of service and received an iPhone. I also added the $200 rebate but have gotten no information on it. It’s been over a week.

I have the same issue. Purchased a new phone and added a new line on 8/8/24. Was supposed to redeem by 10/7. Never received it. Now after 3 month and over 300 messages back & forth. they are telling me the promotion ended before line was activated. Funny how you had the same promotional offer AFTER my 8/8 date. False advertising & fraud. Would cost me more than the $200 gift card to get lawyer involved. Told me I definitely, have a case. Good Luck!!

Here is the solution that worked for me today.

1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/

I’m having this same issue. I was offered a $200 gift card upon purchasing a new phone line and was told I would receive an email but haven’t gotten anything yet .

Same issue for me as well. I was told by the rep that I would be getting the gift card as a part of new line promo. I even received the text for it confirming i would receive it within 7 days 2 months ago, but I have not received anything so far.
