I've recently made a switch from TMobile to the Verizon "Unlimited Ultimate" mobile plan (4 lines) and according to every post out there and the Verizon sales person (+about 4 support tickets I've had with Verizon) I should be entitled to get the "Mobile + Home" discount which is $10 discount/line and per month. I've been a FIOS customer for about 10 years by now (1GB connection), never had a Verizon mobile plan before and this offer seemed very attractive. However, every time I attempt to enroll for this discount I get the following message: "Looks like something went wrong with your discount. Please call customer service at 1-800-837-4966"

I have a unified Verizon ID, I have the Verizon mobile app installed and could see both of my accounts (mobile and home) ... not sure, what else I could do to get the $40/month mobile + home discount (I have 4 lines)?
Any advice would be appreciated!
