We have a damaged iPhone that we have been trying to return since August. We have asked and asked for a return box and shipping label and STILL can't get one delivered despite being told twice by Verizon "it is on the way." The store is refusing to take the device and NOW we have had over $800 taken out of our account for a phone we are TRYING TO RETURN! Do you have any idea how much $800 is at a time like this???????? What exactly is the problem???? I am MORE than willing to package the broken phone (under warranty) and mail it to you but it is going to some place that is Top Secret because it dang sure doesn't have a shipping address. PLEASE GOD HELP!
