Been trying to enroll in the mobile. home discount without success. Every time I click the "Join now" button Verizon sends, I get the following error:
"Looks like something went wrong. - We encountered an error while processing your request. Please wait a few minutes and try again later."
Verizon support has been useless, chat, phone, they cant fix it. Keep transferring me to different people, from Mobile to Fios, from Fios to Mobile, and they all keep doing the same thing: sending the same link that doesn't work...
Has anyone else encountered this? Were you able to resolve it?
