Disney Plus not allowing me to sign in.

I've had the Disney Bundle package for years. About 6 months ago Disney+ would not allow me to sign in. Now Hulu is not allowing me to sign in either. Which I get through my 5G Get More plan. I am not able to sign in to either service. I never signed up for the ESPN+ portion of this package. How am I able to sign into both services?

Hello, WFlatley. Thanks so much for reaching and for this info. Just to clarify, you must use the original username and password used when you set up the bundle. If there has been a new username and password, it will not work. If you are unsure of what the username and password is, please be sure to contact Disney Support via the link below.
