My wife and I have been with Verizon for eight years going on nine. We’ve had multiple lines paid off. Always through finance. Never had any issues. I personally have a 14 Pro Max was interested in upgrading to a 16 Pro Max so contact the Verizon. I was told I had to make sure to pay any current balance which I did. Then I was told to call back in a week when it adjusted their system. When I did. I was told that if I paid off the remaining balance of my 14 Pro max that I would be able to upgrade with the trade-in without any issues. Now that my account is completely caught up. My phone is paid off. Verizon will not allow me to do Financing with my trade-in on the 16 Pro Max. They want me to pay in full which I never have done since the day, we’ve had this account Verizon does not appreciate loyalty. Other phone carriers will reward you for being loyal but not Verizon. Very upsetting situation.
