How do I speak to a supervisor?! I’ve spoken to numerous reps and I’ve been given false promises or been deceived. I spent countless hours and yet to get a resolution. The reps I’ve been dealing with have not been helpful at all and one had even tried to trick me into upgrading my plans instead of helping me. The support I’ve been receiving has been the worst I’ve ever received. I need to get a hold of someone who can help please!!!
