I have a billing issue—I get asked the same questions every time!! I explain—I spent tons of time on the chat. Then called. Was told it would be credited on my next bill. It’s not. Back on chat. They drop me every time. It’s like being ghosted in the dating world. I’ve asked to speak with supervisor or a manager and never happens. How do I get my issue escalated??? I would love to move on but Verizon is best for my neighborhood.
