I saw an advertisement for a free iPad and free Apple Watch for upgrading your phone to iPhone 16. As I've been wanting to upgrade for a while now, I decided to ask a customer service rep to hook me up with that deal. They wanted to change my current plan to Unlimited Ultimate or something and I asked if I would still keep my free Disney+/Hulu bundle as that was very important to me and I use it daily, and the rep told me that it would be removed and I'd need to start paying for it. Why? I'm a long time loyal customer who is simply trying to take advantage of a good deal but of course there has to be a catch. Very irritated right now because I spent over an hour getting connected to an agent and waiting 5-10 minutes per response for my simple questions.
