$200 gift card popup offer

I was presented and accepted a $200 gift card offer via a popup while on the official VZW site during the checkout process of my phone upgrade. After checking out, I did not receive any codes or documentation. I attempted to reach out to customer service and was told that the offer does not apply to me. PLEASE HELP. I feel like I was coaxed into checking out hastily an then baited and switched.
