Buy is through Apple. DO NOT buy it through Verizon. I bought one from Verizon last week and it has a defect. Verizon will do nothing to help me. Says it's an Apple issue. Apple says likewise.Apple told me they could have matched any Verizon offer.
Thanks for letting us know. If you are still witing 30 days of the original order date, you can do an exchange in a Verizon store. There may be a restocking fee of $50.00/ But that should resolve the problem. -Ross
