Orbi RBR760 in conflict with Verizon LTE Network Extender ASK-SFE116CLR

I have a Netgear Modem connected to the Orbi RBR760 router system (1 main Orbi and 2 satellite Orbi's). The Verizon LTE Network Extender keeps getting dropped due to Firewall issues. Orbi doesn't have a setting to turn off the Firewall. How have others connected the Verizon LTE Network Extender to their Orbi system? Thanks
