Every month for the past 5 month I have been calling Verizon because there is a 10.00 charge on my bill for an extender I DO NOT have! Every time they tell me it is fixed and the next month it will not be there. Lo and behold just got my bill this month and it is there again! So now I have to call AGAIN and they will do the same thing-adjust the bill and say they fixed it. I am getting so frustrated with Verizon that I’m considering switching to someone else! Anyone else have similar issues? How did you get it completely resolved?!
