Can anyone help me ?
I was a Verizon customer, but moved out of the country so needed to cancel.
sent equipment back and cancelled at end of aug- I am STILL being charged despite having cancelled- and now they are saying they never received my equipment so will be charging me another $175!
I have tried MULTIPLE times to fix this issue, I have screen shots of customer service chats which state its returned and cancelled, and the UPS receipt for the returned router. Yet they are still taking $90 per month for a service I DO NOT HAVE!
can't even log in any more as the account number/zip code says invalid?
I AM SURE THEY DO THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE PEOPLE JUST GIVE UP AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
