So I had a payment arrangement set up for a few days from now, but was able to pay the bill before the arrangement date. Will I still be charged for the arrangement or will it be null and void since I paid my bill?
When I go to see my bill, I am caught up, but it's still saying I will be paying X amount on X date. I click payment arrangements and it says "customers with a zero balance cannot make payment arrangements", so I'm under the assumption that message I get will fall off...
Been trying to get a hold of support for the past hour... offices are apparently closed? on Saturday? Very frustrating, Verizon. I'm just trying to ask a question.
