I really don't understand why verizon doesn't give loyal customers discount, 15years,they gave 5.00 off ,1 month they took it back ,the lady said that my discount 4 loyalty..I tell anyone it plenty of phone company that do 5g plus pick up also plus verizon very expensive but don't give loyal customers anything .. I switching to another customer
