Over the last 19 years or so, I have purchased at least 25-30 movies through Verizon. They were in "My Purchases" - just saw them within the last six months - so many that I had forgotten I owned some of them. But we just converted to the new STB's and when I went to play one of my owned movies, they are all gone - only one purchase is listed. Where did all my purchased movies go?
