I have tried multiple times to update my service address many time within my acct and it still reverts back to my previous Arizona address.

Katyj1, I'm sorry that you're having trouble trying to update your address. To help, I'm going to share the Change Billing/Service Address FAQ: https://www.verizon.com/support/change-bill-address-faqs/
It's got some direct links to the section in My Verizon where those address changes need to be made. There's also link with steps on how to change/move your Verizon Home Internet (5G/LTE Home) as well. Another thing, due make sure you're signed in as the Account Owner or if you're an Account Manager. So those kind of changes can be made.
