my school last year provided me a orbic rc400l hotspot. it has been working perfectly til now but as of a few days ago the screen started flickering. I reset it and it didn't fix It. I have accidentally overcharged it a few times so I'm hoping its just a battery issue. it has been fine when not connected to service so it could be a defective sim card and im hoping that it isnt the case as i dont know how to replace it if i wasnt the one who bought it. im hoping if i explain it to the verizon store near me they can just give me a replacement as i cant afford to buy a new one. this one is unlimited and im unsure of what to do if they ask for certain info. i have noticed a few very small scratches but its not bad enough to reach deep enough to cause damage. ill give an update when i get the replacement battery if i can figure out how to. ive tried to reach out to verizons phone services over text and phone but they ask for my verizon phone number or for me to sign into my verizon account which i cant do. any help on how to pinpoint whats wrong with it would be great
