Entering a extension #

How do you enter a extension or hard pause when adding a new contact? I need to dial a # then after get answer dial a extension(dial ***-***-****wait till automated answer then I need dial extension ***) how do I enter and save this in contact information?

 

I have a KIN TWOm CARBON 8 GB

Try this: After the number, add two commas (which make a pause), then the extension number. Save the number this way in your contact list and you should be able to dial with one touch.
