I am looking to find out how to claim my 200 dollar gift card

Purchased a S24 with plan on 11-14-2024 order #25883959 . location code 0862001 online there was a pop up saying I would receive a 200 dollar gift card with the purchase of this .
I suggest you call customer service ASAP! I've been trying to collect my $300 gift card for months and having problems with that as well..
